In spite of its title, this book contains, apart from the 151 psalms of King David, distributed into 20 verses, the hymns of Moses, the breviary with the sinaxarion, the hymns and short hymns of the saints, the triodyon and the pentecostarian, the apostles’ books and the gospel for the dead, the bidding prayer of the Holy Virgin, the calendar which sets the dates of the Easter days, etc.
