The third volume in the “Lilies of the Land” collection gathers various dialogues between Elder Proclu Nicău and monks of the Putna Monastery between and 2012. The conversation with Elder Proclu is a meeting with the simplicity and discretion of true spiritual life, which can only bring joy.

The volume contains genuine Philokalia-like exhortations, springing from a life entirely devoted to Jesus Christ, our God. The elder teaches us that "only those who will enrich themselves in humility will gain much” and that “what we do with humility never brings disturbance”. His Holiness also tells us that “the truth is only where the mind is gathered in prayer,” and that “the Jesus Prayer increases in our soul as much as we can forgive”.
